Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Mopey app ("Mopey", "we", "us"). By using Mopey you agree to them, together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Mopey is a productivity tool, not medical care

Mopey is designed to help people, including people with ADHD, plan tasks and focus. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or replace advice from a qualified health professional.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Mopey Pro subscriptions

Mopey Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly, every 6 months, or yearly. The price and length are shown before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Some plans include a free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Mopey account doesn't cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cookie Coins

Cookie Coins are earned by focusing in the app and can be spent on buddies and scenes. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold or transferred, and may be adjusted if we find errors or misuse. We may change how many coins things earn or cost.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Mopey: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, to access other people's data, or to send abusive or unlawful content through feedback or feature suggestions.

Your content and ours

Your tasks and notes are yours; you give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. Feature ideas you send us may be used to improve Mopey without obligation to you. The Mopey app, its characters, artwork and sounds belong to us and are licensed to you for personal use only.

Changes and availability

We may update Mopey, add or remove features, or change these terms. If changes are significant we'll let you know in the app; continuing to use Mopey means you accept them. We try to keep Mopey running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Mopey is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Mopey in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
